He went on to solve the fragile middle-order woes of India by the end of the season as well as putting the finishers’ position at number five. During the ODI series against Australia and New Zealand, Rahul took on the gloves behind the wicket ahead of Rishabh Pant.

Rahul picked his captain Virat Kohli and shared about their relationship in a recent chat with television host and commentator Suhail Chandhok in the fifth episode of’ The Mind Behind.
Both Rahul and Kohli have had common stints at Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and the Indian team. Rahul is currently offered by Kings XI Punjab and was scheduled to lead the franchise in the 13th Season of Indian Premier League (IPL).
