What if I forgot my Username or Password?
Click on ‘Help’ tab that appears on the top right corner of the screen. It will lead you to a page where in you will see various ways to contact the customer support. Also, you will see a section solely meant for retrieving your username and password. The ‘Click Here’ option will take you to a chat window wherein you will have to add your name and email address along with the sport you are playing with Betway. After this, Live Chat session will start from where you can easily get help for fetching your username or password.
